Delivery, Shipping & Tracking

  • Visit our website and browse our collection.
  • Select the desired items and add them to your shopping cart.
  • Proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your order.

We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and other secure online payment methods.

  • We only offer domestic shipping. In future we might start shipping internationally.
  • Domestic shipping fee is free.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

  •  We will dispatch the order within 24 hours and delivery time will be 3-4 working days depending upon the location.

 

You can ask the delivery partner to hand it over to someone else on your behalf. In case that is not possible you can request the delivery partner for re-attempt on your behalf.

Return/Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for detailed instructions.

Yes, you can. But it is valid in the cases of a size and color only.

The custom made and the custom size (My size option) orders are not eligible for returns.

Following are the standard checks-

  • All the tags should be in place and the product should be the same as original
  • It should not be dirty or have any marks.
  • The product should be returned in original packaging.
  • The return request should be placed within 2 days of receiving the order.

Payments, Discounts & Refunds

No, COD is not available.

We accept Wallets (UPI, Paytm etc.), Cards  mode of payments.

Yes , we make outfits that are custom fit. You can reach out to us at our Instagram handle or WhatsApp/call on 9958427854 to place your orders.

Coupons will be issued only if any promotions or offers are running. At the time of checkout, you will get an option to put the discount code. Only one discount code can be applied at a time and you cannot overwrite any existing pre-applied offer.

Orders

You will receive an SMS and automated email confirming that your order has been placed. You will receive your unique order ID as well as tracking ID after it is shipped.

You can reach out to us at support@thedressitude.com or WhatsApp/call on 9958427854 for making a cancellation request. Cancellation has to be made strictly on the same day when the order is placed. After that cancellation request will not be entertained. 

You can keep a check on the tracking status of your order through the tracking link shared by us.

We are a company to manufacture our product based on Indian size chart and specification and  provided 100% fit satisfaction to our clients. 98% of the time, we don’t go wrong with the fitting, but in the rarest of cases you can connect with us via email or WhatsApp to get it resolved.
